Maynor Service Company | Finish the Job. Make It Right. Take Pride In It.
Maynor Service Company is looking for a Plumbing Punch-List Technician / Helper to join our team and help bring new construction projects across the finish line.
A building can be fully plumbed and still not be ready for the homeowner, customer, or final inspection. That's where you come in.
As a Plumbing Punch-List Technician / Helper, you'll work during the final phase of new construction to turn a newly installed plumbing system into a clean, functional, inspection-ready space.
If you have an eye for detail, take pride in your work, and enjoy seeing a project go from rough-in to finished product, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Installing faucets, shower trim kits, tub fixtures, and sink accessories
Setting and securing toilets, vanities, sinks, and plumbing fixtures
Installing garbage disposals and connecting kitchen plumbing components
Installing water heaters and assisting with final plumbing connections as directed
Installing customer-selected fixtures and ensuring proper operation
Making sure finished fixtures are level, secure, clean, and professionally installed
TESTING & TROUBLESHOOTING
You'll help make sure everything works properly before the project is turned over.
Responsibilities may include:
Testing water supply lines for leaks and proper pressure
Verifying hot and cold water functionality at all fixtures
Testing drains for proper flow and identifying drainage issues
Checking toilets for proper operation and leak-free connections

Repair or replace damaged fixtures, trim, or plumbing components
Ensure fixtures are properly aligned, sealed, and secured
Verify caulking and finishing details are completed professionally
Identify unfinished or damaged plumbing work needing attention
Keep work areas organized and job sites clean

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Punch-List isn't just about installing fixtures.
You're the final set of hands between a construction project and a finished plumbing system.
You're checking the details others may have missed. You're making sure fixtures work properly, leaks are corrected, finishes look professional, and the project is ready to pass inspection and be handed over with confidence.
The little things matter because your work is what people see and use every day when the job is finished.
