Help keep our crews ready for every job. At Maynor Service Company, you will lead daily warehouse operations and make sure field teams have the materials, tools, and equipment they need. This hands-on role combines team supervision, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

What You Will Do

· Lead daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and work alongside warehouse personnel

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse with accurate stock levels

· Receive, inspect, store, and distribute plumbing materials, tools, and equipment

· Coordinate material pulls, deliveries, and pickups for projects and service work

· Track material movement between the warehouse, vehicles, and jobsites; maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan and other inventory systems

· Coordinate vendor returns and resolve shipment discrepancies

· Communicate with office staff and field crews to respond to changing priorities

· Partner with service and operations to ensure materials are available when needed

· Identify and implement improvements that strengthen efficiency and material accountability

What You Bring

· Experience in warehouse, plumbing, construction, or material management operations

· Knowledge of plumbing materials, including pipe, fittings, fixtures, valves, and tools

· Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills, with dependable follow-through

· Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems

· Ability to lift and move materials safely

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

· Safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance

· Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

· 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred

· ServiceTitan experience and experience operating a sit-down forklift

· Bilingual English and Spanish skills
