Build the systems that keep our field teams ready for every job. Maynor Service Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to develop and lead warehouse operations in Raleigh, Apex, and Sanford. You will establish inventory controls, create a practical warehouse playbook, and train a team to deliver consistent support for service and installation work.

What You Will Do

· Assess current operations and lead a phased plan to improve layout, workflows, and controls

· Build an inventory system with item records, bin locations, labeling, and transaction controls

· Create a warehouse playbook covering receiving, storage, picking, staging, returns, and counts

· Set stocking levels and reorder points with purchasing to support job needs and truck inventory

· Establish cycle counts, investigate variances, and control adjustments to improve stock accuracy

· Lead daily operations, coach staff, and use the playbook for onboarding and ongoing training

· Set standards for warehouse safety, housekeeping, material handling, and tool accountability

· Coordinate with field and office teams to standardize material requests, handoffs, and returns

· Track inventory accuracy, stockouts, and fulfillment time; fix root causes and update procedures

What You Bring

· High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Required

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field preferred

· 5+ years warehouse management experience, including building or overhauling operations

· Proven success implementing inventory systems, improving data, and driving team adoption

· Experience writing practical operating procedures, warehouse playbooks, and training guides

· Strong team leadership, project planning, and accountability for sustained process improvements

· Ability to use Excel and inventory reports to set stock levels and measure operating performance

· Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, material handling, and inventory control practices

· Professional certification in warehouse management, inventory management, or supply chain and logistics preferred

· Experience supporting service or skilled trades teams, including job staging and truck stock, preferred

· ServiceTitan experience and familiarity with barcode or warehouse management systems preferred
