Electrical New Construction Technician Lead

Position Summary

Maynor Service Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician New Construction Technician Lead to join our growing team in the Raleigh-Durham area. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial electrical systems, panels, and equipment for our commercial clients. We are looking for a safety-oriented professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and delivers exceptional customer service.

• Experience & Technical Skills: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on commercial electrical installation, service, and troubleshooting experience, with a strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, NEC electrical codes, and diagnostic testing equipment (such as multimeters and meggers).

• Licensing & Documentation: Valid state Electrical License (Journeyman Electrician license preferred), a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.

• Professional Attributes: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills for interacting with clients and management, and a professional, customer-first attitude.
